It is our goal at Coast to Coast Jewelry & Coin to provide our customers a positive shopping experience in a friendly atmosphere, offering high quality products and services at competitive prices. We recommend your jewelry be inspected and cleaned every 6 months to ensure many years of enjoyment. It is also recommended to protect your jewelry by having It Insured.
Refunds and exchanges will be issued within 7 days from the date of purchase on Items returned. Returns must be accompanied by the original sales receipt in showroom condition, unworn, unaltered, and undamaged. Where applicable, Items need to be In original box with warranty cards and instruction booklets. Merchandise returned within 7 to 14 days will be accepted for even exchange or In-store credit. This policy does not apply to special orders, custom orders, or items altered or repaired by another jeweler.
Refunds on cash or check purchases will be given In the form of a company issued check. Credit card purchases will be refunded back to the credit card used for purchase. Credit card purchases may be subject to a 3% charge back fee on original amount excluding sales tax. Refunds on check purchases will be given after 10 business days to allow time for the customer’s check to clear.
Layaway Is available for purchases of $100 or more. A 20% down payment Is required to Initiate your layaway. Layaway Is for a maximum of 90 days. Refund of down payment will be given if layaway Is canceled by customer within 10 days of date layaway was started. After 10 days and up to 90 days, if customer cancels layaway a 20% restocking fee will be charged to customer to put item back into Inventory. No partial take outs on layaway. Layaway must be paid in full to receive merchandise.
After 90 days if no satisfactory arrangements have been made for full payment merchandise held in layaway will be forfeited by the customers and returned to stock. Original down payment and subsequent payments made will not be refunded.
