Warranty and Other Policies

Warranty Policy

All new merchandise carries a 6-month warranty against defects in workmanship, manufacturing and design. Problems arising from abusive wear, customer negligence or accidental damage are not covered. Any modifications made to merchandise by another Jeweler will void this warranty . Any manufacturer’s warranty coverage supersedes store warranty policy.

Special Order Policy

Special orders require a 50% deposit to place order. Special orders are non-refundable or exchangeable unless vendor terms allow for return of items. Any costs incurred for returning an Item to the vendor will be charged and deducted from the customer’s special order deposit. Deposit Is non-refundable once any custom work has been started on the Item. A special order constitutes any jewelry, watch or gift Item ordered, custom made, enhanced, or altered to the customer’s request.

Gemstone Enhancements

Natural colored gemstones after being unearthed are commonly processed and treated. These procedures are traditionally acceptable jewelry trade practices to enhance color, clarity and stability in the stone. Unless otherwise stated, colored gemstones listed on the front of this sales receipt may have been subjected to a stable and undetectable treatment to enhance their natural beauty.
